Avoid eating dairy products, bread, cake, biscuits, etc.
Increase protein intake like veg sprouts, soyabean, paneer, milk, yogurt, cashew nuts, green vegetables.
Eat more fiber that is salads, vegetables and fruits.
Avoid mango, banana, chikoo, grapes.
Cut down on added sugar.
Exercise regularly, it controls weight combats ill health and diseases. Regulates blood flow in body.
Try not to skip a meal especially breakfast, 3-4 small meals a day are better than 1-2 full meals a day as it keeps the metabolism active and burns fat.
